Mark Major (Partner) is a fully qualified technician and has worked in the Motor Industry for 16 years, in all capacties.  He has worked for small independant garages, large dealerships (Rover, Vauxhall and Ford), and a national company (RAC).  Mark has worked in all areas of the industry, from workshop and MOT stations, to recovery and breakdown departments.  He has worked at all levels, from apprentice to workshop controller to lead patrol for RAC.

Katie Major (Partner)  is a part qualified accounting technician.  She has worked in a variety of accounting and financial jobs, for local companies, national banks (Nat West) and local authorities (Northampton Borough Council and Northamptonshire Police).

Simon Smale (MOT Tester) is a fully qualified technician and has been MOT testing for five years.  He has worked in the Motor Industry for nine years.

Neil Rogers (Technician) has just joined S and B Automotive and brings excellent workmanship as well as a vast knowledge of all vehicles.  He specialises in engine management diagnosis.  (Neil is also the team banger driver)

Richard Starling (Caravan Engineer) has  been working with Mark since he started trading and has recently become a qualified MCEA (Mobile Caravan Engineer Association) engineer  (aka Cyril!!!).

Poppy (The Dog) is another new addition to the workforce !!!
